手作紀錄│編號零柒│黑糖涼糕

說起來,我就做過兩次而已,材料很簡單,不需要太麻煩的步驟,但因為每次作的量都很多,我們家那位喜歡吃涼糕的人其實最好不要常吃,阿,我就是說媽咪啦!

而且這個吃多也不好消化,家裡盡是一些腸胃不太好的孩子,我偶爾也會脹氣,所以每次在完成之前,我都要先想一下剩下多的我還可以拿給誰吃!

那天就是突然翻開了儲藏櫃發現家裡居然有四包木薯粉,而且三包都是未開封的!

我之前買來想說要做給媽咪吃,但我買回家後就忘了,等到我下次又有心思想要做涼糕時,我又跑去買了一包 ( 想當然爾,我忘了我之前買過了,而這樣的錯誤我可以連犯了三次 🙄🙄 )

第一次做的時候弟弟說口感吃起來簡直像極了手信坊的蕨餅,聽完我心花怒放。

其實這個剛做好的當天最好吃!軟嫩Q彈,像這樣微涼的氣候不用放在冰箱,放在外面一個晚上也不會壞掉。 (是說放進冰箱也不會硬掉啦 )

黑糖粉跟木薯粉+水和在一起攪拌的時候 很快就結塊了,所以要費心攪拌喔!

小火一直攪拌,直到他們稠稠的黏在一塊,你就可以熄火並把它移置到抹了油的容器裡。

蒸完放涼後的顏色會比較深,呈這樣的半透明狀就是好的,下刀切開時 刀子沾一點熱水再切就不會一路黏到尾。

日式蕨餅的黃豆粉好像有炒過,我第一次作的時候我有乾炒過,顏色會比較深一點。也比較香~

但這次我就沒有炒了,反正是熟黃豆粉,可以直接吃!
