手作紀錄│編號零陸│隱形蘋果蛋糕

這週星期五的時候我們一家堂表姊齊聚一桌用餐,小表姊一邊吃著餐廳內的芋頭西米露一邊說:「還是Tiffy中秋時做的楊枝甘露好吃!❤️」

這時坐在一旁的大堂姊便說:「這是當然的阿!她可是不計成本的在做甜點阿~!」🤭🤭

每每想起爸爸說他以前飯吃太多吃不完的時候,他就會想想非洲的難民們;如今的我們都衣食無缺的生活,我們都該心懷感恩的吃完給予的食物。

所以每次一看到爸媽的好友同事送來的水果們,除了照三餐送進肚子裡之外,也成為許多Tiffy做蛋糕、或是搾果汁的好食材。

前天晚上做了一個美祿 (Milo) 巧克力棉花蛋糕,雖然今年的生日我們無法以歡樂的心一同慶祝,無法出去沒關係,在家裡我還是做了一個6吋的蛋糕給弟弟聊表心意。昨天晚上則是望著水果發愁,心想:「哀,到底是何時才有個結束阿!」

平常我會拿蘋果做蘋果馬芬,但鑑於前一晚我們已經吃蛋糕了,為了大家的身材著想,一飽胖胖(我)的口慾,今天來和大家分享隱形蘋果蛋糕

這款蛋糕我肖想很久了,忘記是在書上還是別人的網誌上看過,從此便放在心上,期待某天出現在家裡餐桌上…

烤完外表色澤金黃很美耶!但用這樣的鋁箔烤的話,等到脫模就會看到四周白白的不好看啦!! 上次烤香蕉蛋糕的時候就有經驗了,但我還沒入手長方/吐司模,所以只能加減用了。

濕潤的口感,不管是聞起來還是吃起來都像是麵包布丁的感覺。

早上我切塊拿一些放到烤箱加熱,暖暖吃更美味,裡面可以吃到烤熟軟嫩的跟帶點清脆的蘋果片,好吃!
