時間好快邁入2019的第二個月,曾經花了一年的時間在外地工作、學藝彷彿都是幾天前才發生的事。
新加坡的 At- Sunrice 有著完善的廚房設備,實戰經驗豐富的導師與有趣多元的教學內容。
一直都是對烘焙課程有興趣的,如果那個時候我上的是一個月的烘焙課,肯定技術上比現在好多了。
可是轉念一想,就是因為我選的是廚藝課,我學了我從沒體驗過的印度煎餅,我嘗試了我沒有吃過的亞洲料理。我可能以後都沒機會吃上那些特別的食物。那也是一種令人忘懷的學習體驗。
就讀At – Sunrice 之前要先填寫他們的就學意願資料,以及一些人與人之間的互動與管理情緒以及能否在壓力下工作的問題。
最後完成一篇你為何要成為廚師的作文,以及學費等費用,一切作業就會進入審核,如通過就可以付款並準備好行囊飛去新加坡囉。

At- Sunrice 廚藝學院有分短期以及長期的課程。 短期烘焙/ 廚藝課程的時間為期1個月,長期的話則是18個月。
一個完整的18個月的課程可以讓學生從基礎變成專業廚師。然而我想僅是短短的這一個月專業訓練裡,我也是有些成長的。

以小班制的短期課程,所以每一個人都有自己操作爐台的機會。所以不怕你繳了貴桑桑的門票(學費)後還只能看人表演而已。

在那窖深火熱的烤爐裡,我們既怕手燙傷,但又抵不住興奮地躍躍欲試難能可貴的貼爐經驗。
Naan烤餅 配上咖哩醬超級好吃,然而我最喜歡的就是搭配蔬菜的醬汁一起食用。
除了Naan 烤餅之外,印度煎餅也很美味。我想我最想念的會是 cheese 口味的 Roti-Pratha , 加了起司的煎餅,滋味回味無窮。那大概是我在新加坡最想念的食物之一吧。

炒參巴醬。意指辣椒醬。馬來西亞料理。 馬來西亞人很喜歡吃美食的時候搭配辣椒,那些天我們常常做馬來西亞料理,我常常被口味太重的菜餚辣得嚇嚇叫,頻頻灌水喝。
這道菜使用的參巴醬材料有:

長得很像是台灣小吃的臭豆腐,但其實不是喔!

在新加坡很多小吃店可以看的道的料理,只是我在新加坡的那一年裡卻幾乎不會想吃的餐點。大概是因為新加坡人吃外食的時候很難吃到青菜,而我又不是肉食主義者,看到滿滿地都是肉的料理,整個失去了興趣。
