這算是捧同學的場啦!
有個新加坡同學結束一個月的廚藝課程後和朋友一起合開了一間餐酒館。他是一名建築設計師,但有心花時間學習做菜。覺得他很棒~👏👏
想說從聖淘沙回家路上可以中途來這裡吃個晚餐。
但是因為時間有點晚了,到餐廳的時候都已經晚上八點半了,只是晚了一步超夯超美的甜點剛好賣光了。😢😢

從離家前那一餐到至今未曾進食,早已飢腸轆轆,所以沒有拍外觀招牌、內部裝潢;我們直接上菜了喔,好嗎?

Tiffy覺得這顏色好美喔,Tiffy本身不太喜歡吃甜菜根,偶爾會吃的時候就是當它被放在漢堡當餡料,或者是做成甜菜根沙拉醬沾著餅乾或麵包吃的時候。
雖然那時候實習的餐廳也有賣義大利燉飯,飯也是煮得很好吃 但是顏色的部分就不像這個如此搶色亮眼。五顆Scallops 給的很大器喔!不過口感有點軟散,少了一點彈性的感覺。
甜菜根燉飯是主打商品,好啦~ 沒有甜點至少我還有吃到一樣熱門主餐。

室友的晚餐。是很常見的培根蛋麵。會以鮮奶油、cheese 拌和在一起的,最後在擺盤的時候放上一顆蛋黃的義大利麵。
添加了鹹蛋黃讓這道餐點更具層次感,而不是單純的只有培根鹹味而已了。
只是比起白醬,Tiffy更欣賞的是青醬、或像是獨特的粉紅燉飯。

料理是一門藝術,作品都讓人賞心悅目,這是我吃Epiphyte 時的感受。是一群喜歡美的事物的朋友們,不管是廚師,調酒師,還是室內設計師,都讓待在這個空間裡的人變得很享受~
這杯酒是共杯,因為Tiffy其實不太喝酒,頂多嘗鮮一兩口,剩下的就交給室友了
甜點。可惜晚了一步用餐,有個看起來很美的植物(甜點)被點走了。

除了後面的蛋糕有點太甜了,不適合Tiffy的牙齒跟胃,還有小殘念沒吃到想吃的甜點外。主餐類做得很不錯,營造出來的氣氛更是滿點~💯💯
